I’m back from my wedding adventures and ready for action. Back to online business building, reporting on smart living tactics, and freeing up life to accomplish big goals and dreams. I love this stuff, and living it.

Kicking off my return I got a few comments that others appreciated seeing what I’m getting value out of and being inspired by. I make it a point to somehow capture things that make an impact, often times in a picture so I can call them up easily on my iPhone, on a computer or in some slideshow.

Wedding Hiatus

wedding Wedding HiatusI’m afraid to say updates have been few and far between here, sorry about that. I have a reasonable excuse though!

I’ll be married in 5 short days and the details, planning, and ensuing life changes have given me little time to reflect and write in the past couple months.

Sometimes life needs you to live, then come back later to tell about it.

 

I’ll be back with a vengeance in September to report on the business growth as of late, which has been astonishing – keep putting stuff on the shelf, networking and you’ll eventually hit a wonderful abundance of profitable options. I’ll also be adding a new section to the site called “private posts” where I’ll be adding thoughts on lifestyle design and marriage, and other such personal commentary that I’d like to keep separate from the homepage.

 

I’m off to island hop in Hawaii!

I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again. Relationships are fuel.

Call it networking, or brand building, or just being cool, but relationships are key in business, and in life. They have a duality of building real connections that have nothing to do with profits, and also real connections that have everything to do with profits.

With iPhone in hand, I thought I’d give a quick shout out to someone who has been really helpful to me in development, and has referred IT Arsenal more times than I can count in the last few weeks to some really great people.

STREAM: Own the System

I love taking advantage of those mailers banks and credit card companies send you… you know the ones…try this new (buyers protections program, etc) and you can have this $40 gift card.

I always sign up, immediately put a calendar event on my calendar to remind me via e-mail/text to cancel in about 3 weeks. I have a script I read off to the customer service reps when I cancel to minimize my time on the phone.

I tested a virtual assistant to cancel my last one and the company (Auto Advance) had no problems with it.

I’ve probably been given over $300 so far this year.

The gamey system built to rope you in can be taken advantage of if you out-think it.

How to Pwn Work. Don’t Do What You Don’t Want to Do

Lifestyle design is a lot about living outside the norm, this comedic clip from PurePwnage reminded me how absurd doing what you don’t like to do is for a living.

Keep seeking ways to do what you love for life. Live it up everyday. I know this blog has been more about motivation and learning from screw ups or slow downs lately but rest assured, there will be tactical breakdowns when the time is right during the income phase.
