    I liked the point at the end about a person not being successful until they are able to push through without monetary reward. I imagine most of the examples of success stories he had provided were able to push through without sleep for days on end for a true love of what they were doing, wealth was an important, yet secondary motivator. This is probably why many people give up during the early stages of a business, focusing on money rather than passion which will ultimately turn to money over time.
