It keeps me up at night, that’s how much.
I think about how to implement new technologies, match expectations for design elements using easy to learn tools, how I can be even faster at responding. I worry about if I’ll be able to scale fast enough.
IT Arsenal is more than just making businesses running smoothly, it’s about your business, your peace of mind, your growth, your ability to execute and not worry about the technical pieces. The “your” in that last sentence could be anyone, but when I say it, I can picture individuals, contacts, people I know with needs I can fill.
It’s about making others do what they do best, it’s about helping. It’s about customer service, and how to treat others well. It’s about good support, really good support. It’s about selflessness, and love, and education, and responsiveness.
