		<description>I&#039;ve had some experience with VAs and this article seems on the mark. I&#039;ve had some good experiences and bad - and like anything else it was a learning process. When you find the right VA and set clear expectations and detailed instructions life can be good, otherwise it can be pretty painful.</description>
