I’ve thought up some fitness specific cues for myself, maybe you can use them for inspiration.

  • Cue: wakeup -> 10 pushups
  • Cue: bathroom while at work -> 25 squats
  • Cue: pre-weekend eat out (you know, when you’re going to consume 1000 calories in one sitting) -> 50 pushups, 50 squats before leaving to go
  • Cue: updating my computer -> walking lunges during progress bar

 

I wouldn’t mind a website that was a repository for good practical habit cues for various areas of life (business, fitness, etc), someone go build it!
