Awesome share, I check it out, see if it's a bit better than working something up with a friend. Thanks Dustin!

There's actually a great website for holding yourself accountable for finishing practically anything. It's stickk.com. I use it all the time for enforcing deadlines and reaching personal goals. Check it out :)

I wouldn't beat yourself up too badly about consistent blogging - writing is tough - and you need to do so when you're inspired. When you're not, just really relax and wait for inspiration to strike. Make hay when the sun shines. When you're really inspired and motivated crank stuff out, when you're not, don't force it.

Good point about revisiting your strategic plan; this document, as well as your other business documents should be living documents and updated regularly as needed. Easy to overlook and collect dust if you're not careful.

Hah, how's having the owner of the site respond to several comments? or we've exchanged conversations? I'm open to ideas.

This sounds like a pretty good deal to me! Maybe we should up the stakes a little by really defining "becoming a known player" :D
