Hi Rob - At least a couple of things you mentioned struck a chord with me. First is execution which is important and generally underrated. Better to execute and make some mistakes in which you will learn from the recovery than to plan forever and never execute and miss potential opportunities. Second, don't sell yourself short believing that 1-2 hours isn't good enough. In my opinion consistency trumps time. Are those 1-2 hours consistently accomplished on a regular basis focused on the same idea? Are those 1-2 hours generally your most productive when compared to the rest of your day? If so, you are spending quality time and not just a quantity of hours.

Thanks for this report! I am interested in creative ways of building a lifestyle business, so I really enjoy reading how you are doing. Looks like you’re up for organic (rather than explosive) growth, or am I interpreting too much? At least I’d like that a lot. As you say, you are only dedicating some time to it while still being employed, so it's great to create something "on the side" rather than just watching TV… And I think organic growth will be beneficial to your business in the long term. What do you think about that?
