Lifenzyme - Creating new Lifestyle with new Working hours with Lifenzyme VA!

Lifenzyme VA Service is one of the fastest growing Outsourcing Solution Company in India, Bangalore.

Thanks to our customers across Europe and US who have extensively benefited from our integrated services.

The comprehensive growth was due to two main reasons that the people in developed countries realized that they can get the tedious and time consuming works done efficiently and at an incredibly cheaper rates. Secondly, the reliable and skilled working force available in India and Lifenzyme employees the best possible skill in the production whether it comes to Personal works or office works. Most significantly Lifenzyme offers IT support as well.

Today, the outsourcing segment has grown to a great extent because of the fact that it contains a plethora of services and there is very little that an outsourcing firm can’t do. We must be grateful to Internet and technology.

Why is that outsourcing gaining more relevance? Let’s try to find the main reason why we should do it today.

    * You get a faster turnaround of the works

Your in house employee has limitation to work on multiple and huge volume of the works or even he may not be skilled to do a particular work and you will end up in finding external resource again to get the work done even when you have to pay for your PA. Hiring an Assistant from Lifenzyme gives you access to the entire team’s skill and knowledge though you interact with your VA only. You can also get things done when you are away! It’s like accomplishing something while sleeping. There’s no need to wait in the same time zone. Assign it and have it done right away.

    * You save huge on expenses

Expense comes into playing major considerations for any kind of business. You will need to spend money on benefits and remuneration for an in house employee. Moreover, office supplies and other equipments also need to be bought from time to time. You would not have him always as he might fall sick and need vacation but when you have a VA; all you need to do is just send the task to your VA, sit back and relax. Pay only meager amount per month for a certain amount of hours. The below matrix presents you a very clear chart on what you save on;Cost Comparision@lifenzyme

    * You get to create new working hours for you.

You might be working 9 to 5 on through the week, finding hard to catch up with your works and most probably unable to focus on most important things to enhance your business and goals. If you want to truly live out the 4 hour work week as Timothy Ferris rightly says in his bestselling book.

Outsource your works to your VA and you get more time to pursue your important things. It’s becomes much easier when it becomes some else’s deadline!

    * Access to entire Team skills

I do not think, you will ever get that luxury when hiring your PA. Lifenzyme entire supporting team works for you or say, you can access any expertise through your VA. Be it secretarial works or IT support or personal, your primary contact, your account manager at Lifenzyme becomes jack of all trades.

    * Achieve peace of mind with Lifenzyme.

With regular communication and feedback, you will gain priceless peace of mind knowing that the day-to-day tasks, your clients and lead follow-up, maintenance and marketing of your business are efficiently handled by your virtual support team at Lifenzyme.

J. D. Thanks for the Google tips. I've actually been experimenting with just that ironically. I'm a long time .Mac/MobileMe user but Gmail continues to be the de-facto for e-mail needs. I've recently set up a really great system for funneling all my mail through Gmail, yet retaining sync from a mail client (Apple Mail) and Gmail, all with the ability to respond from any e-mail address, and receive mail in sync on all accounts. It was driving me crazy before, but with some proper labeling tricks its worked out. I bet you have something similar going on. Thanks for the comments, see you again soon!

Good luck on getting Fridays off! I have a friend here in LA who works as a webmaster for a handful of websites but still works on-site 9-to-6 every day. He started working from the coffeeshop below his office all afternoon for 3 days a week, and then all week. Now he's asking to work from home a few days a week on a trial-basis, and I think his boss is going to let him. I hope the results are as positive for you in the end (or more so!).

I use Evernote to keep track of EVERYTHING. I'm getting rid of my iPhone when I leave the country (in just a couple of weeks, yikes!), however, and the unlocked Razr I'm replacing it with can't handle Evernote, and the iPod Touch I'm taking doesn't have a camera or microphone (which is part of what's so useful about the iPhone version). Hopefully the rumors are true that Apple will be remedying these problems with the Touch before I head down to Argentina.

In any case, keep up all the good work, with the blog and with all of your efficiency-based projects. I'm a big personal project person (PPP?) too, and it's always interesting to see other peoples' results (mostly to determine which projects to undertake next, but partially just curiosity :)

Evernote is a great tool for limiting information consumption. I've never thought to use it this way, but I do use it to save posts and resources I find particularly helpful.

The Batch Cooking is actually a really good idea. I might have to try that.

Something you might think about... forwarding all your email to one account. Gmail can collect emails from all the accounts and separate them. When you have to reply to an email, it will use the address it was sent to as the from address. It would simplify the process a little more.

I'm looking forward to doing the most important thing first. I have to try that. My most important thing is typically the one thing I don't want to do. After I finish the thing I hate the most, I already feel so productive that everything else I have to do is a breeze to get through.

Great post, Rob!
