I know that “Omnigraffle” sounds like an all knowing waffle, but it’s actually an incredible Mac OS diagramming and brainstorming program.
I went a little over board in trying to figure out how my wedding day would play out and ended up taking a Google aerial photo image, and then making a mock diagram using Omnigraffle (see below). Fun memories now that it’s almost a year later.
It came out pretty cool, and helped vendors who couldn’t make it out to the venue before the wedding in planning what gear to bring and where to place themselves. It gave me a great deal of peace as I had something to look at and picture what would happen where, I recommend mocking up something similar using Omnigraffle or the free Mockingbird website.
I’m pretty sure Maria thought it was useless though : )
