Greg, glad you came back and are finding this stuff useful. The calendar is a simple tool, takes will power to keep to it, but will help you dominate and gain peace of mind knowing everything is scheduled in time and out of your head.

I know this is years old. But I just found this. I originally heard about you from Greg Rollett. Now here you are again. I am going to go back over this post and see what I can clean up. I appreciate this, thanks for the time you spent putting this together. I’m also now subscribed. I’m going to go back and look over your stuff. Looking for what you were saying about using a calendar. This is fantastic, man.
