Hey man, this post is the kind of thing I totally geek out about. Great job! My big question is if you can post some example templates of how you outsource your freelance gig search. I have a different set of projects, but I could really use an idea of how to get it all started.

Thanks again!

Wow man, this is seriously detailed. I must say I didn't quite get it all the first time, going to print it out and do some studying. Im still reading Tim Ferris's 4 hour work week, and he also talks a lot about outsourcing.

I definitely think it is an option, right now Im focusing on building a passive income of $250 per week, once I have that then I will consider getting a virtual assistant:)

Thanks for the post man!
Cheers

Wow. This is fantastic. I totally agree with Mint - such a great program that really gives you an overview of your finances.

Now to reread the post and figure out what I can automate.

These are all things I can really look into further. Thanks for making such a great comprehensive post. It's amazing how great freeing up just a few hours per week can feel.

Wow, that is awesome. Plenty there for people to put into practice, actually I'll have to come back to it, posts like this don't usually sink in for me in just one read. Gotta share this one.

You have put some serious effort into this!

I have never really taken a comprehensive accounting of all the things I do. Your approach would probably help a lot.

I definitely try to find better ways to do things and that often includes automating and delegating. But an important first step is elimination. Some times it is important to ask ourselves if it is worth doing at all. Checking blog statistics, browsing the internet for a couple of hours, etc. come to mind.

There were a lot of time consuming activities I was doing in my business that had little value for customers. I probably saved 20 or 30 hours a month from cutting those alone.

Okay wow, that is a LOT of information. Kudos to you sir for not only putting together an excellent resource, but then organizing it in a way that's still attainable.

Wow! Excellent post! After reading all that, it seems like organizing your life took a lot of work, but it seems to be paying off now. I'll definitely be trying out some of these things.

The mind mapping is great too.
