STREAM: Relapse Encouragement! You Can Do it!

facepalm 1 STREAM: Relapse Encouragement! You Can Do it!

Last week was horrendous. Each day I thought I’d catch up by working later, which in turn made the progress I made on anything more and more miniscule. I went into relapse on getting good sleep, managing time by working in batches and timed focus sessions. It was horrible. Can you relate?

Don’t have a Transformer sized facepalm and kill your week by not sleeping or focusing in specific intervals this week.

Ideas, client work, business development, reading, working out, they all take a hit. Ever feel like you could catch up by doing more each progressive day of the week? It’s a subversive thought, don’t listen! False, trixy information.

Get some rest, hit the restart button and come back fresh.

I slept all weekend, batch cooked, cleaned and got great sleep Sunday…back to action with open opportunities to do so!
